Abstract
The researcher had the questionnaires over 350 people using bus service and 290 managers - staffs of inteprises supplying bus service in the Thua Thien Hue Province. In general, the effectiveness of bus transportation depends on service quality through investment, subsidies, Levels of Security, Level of Responsiveness, Reliable, Tangible means, Cost. besides, the research was found the difference for the rate result, affected level of service quality and the effect of bus transportation of 2 object groups. The research used some analyzing means such as: Cronbach's Alpha, Factor-Based Factor Analysis (EFA) in order to measure affected level of quality factors to the effect of bus transportation.
