Summary
Invested capital in agricultural development plays an important role in soci – economic development as well as environmental resource protection. However, this capital in agricutural development in Thua Thien Hue is inadequate; its orientation and structure inn this area is unreasonable. It is the unstable mobilization and use of that invested capital that causes ineffectiveness in the agriculture development. To sucessfully improve this problem, recommended solutions must be performed in a synchronous system which training and using human resources; science and technology development; state management mechanisms and policies need to get priorities to promote sustainable development.
